Jill was principal of a legal practice specialising in defending negligence claims on behalf of a large insurer. She maintains an interest in tort law.
Jill is a former Bankruptcy Editor of the Australian Insolvency Journal.
For many years Jill lived in country NSW. She was a partner in a large provincial law firm and, as a country lawyer, worked in many areas of general practice.
